Ingredients
  • 2 cup Kale
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 ounce Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the kale into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the strawberries and red onion.
  3. Cut the avocado into cubes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the kale, strawberries, avocado, red onion, feta cheese, and almonds.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
