  • 200 gram Fresh Spinach
  • 150 gram Cherry Tomatoes
  • 100 gram Cucumber
  • 50 gram Red Onion
  • 100 gram Feta Cheese
  • 50 gram Black Olives
  • 2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the fresh spinach leaves.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Slice the cucumber and red onion.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and black olives.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
