  • 2 cup Sugar snap peas
  • 1 cup Radishes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 ounce Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the sugar snap peas and cut them diagonally into thin slices.
  2. Thinly slice the radishes and red onion.
