Ingredients
  • 2 cup Peaches
  • 2 cup Bananas
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar substitute
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sliced bananas, lemon juice, sugar substitute, cornstarch, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add the unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the fruit mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
