Ingredients
  • 2 pound Butternut squash
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and seed the butternut squash, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Add the squash cubes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated squash cubes onto a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the squash is tender and caramelized.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
