Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Snow peas
  • 4 ounce Firm tofu
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 2 stalk Green onions
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash the snow peas and remove the strings. Blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute, then transfer to ice water to cool.
  2. Cut the tofu, carrot, and green onions into small pieces. Mince the garlic and ginger.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add sesame oil. Stir-fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add the tofu, carrot, and green onions to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  6. Stuff the tofu mixture into the blanched snow peas.
  7. Steam the stuffed snow peas for 5 minutes.
  8. Let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
