  • 4 piece Cucumbers
  • 4 ounce Cream cheese
  • 8 piece Cherry tomatoes
  • 8 piece Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Fill each cucumber half with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Top each stuffed cucumber with a cherry tomato and a fresh basil leaf.
  5. Serve chilled.
