Ingredients
  • 4 piece Cucumbers
  • 4 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 2 piece Green onions
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the cucumbers lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, finely chopped red bell pepper, grated carrot, sliced green onions, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Fill each cucumber half with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
