Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Strawberries
  • 0.5 cup Basil leaves
  • 8 sheet Rice paper wrappers
  • 1 small Avocado
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 0.25 cup Mint leaves
  • 8 tablespoon Peanut sauce
Instructions
  1. Prepare all the ingredients by washing and cutting them into thin strips.
  2. Fill a large bowl with warm water.
  3. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for a few seconds until it becomes pliable.
  4. Place the soaked rice paper wrapper on a clean surface.
  5. Arrange a few strawberry slices, basil leaves, avocado, cucumber, carrot, and mint leaves in the center of the wrapper.
  6. Fold the sides of the wrapper towards the center, then roll it up tightly.
  7. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Serve the rolls with peanut sauce for dipping.
