Ingredients
  • 14 ounce Tofu
  • 2 cup Cabbage
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Red Peppers
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Press tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with soy sauce until smooth.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add tofu cubes and stir-fry until golden brown.
  6. Add cabbage, carrots, and red peppers, and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  7. Pour the cornstarch-soy sauce mixture over the vegetables and tofu.
  8. Stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
  9. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  10. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
