Ingredients
  • 500 gram Pumpkin
  • 1 cup Thai Basil Leaves
  • 2 piece Red Chilies
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and red chilies, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add pumpkin and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Add soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add Thai basil leaves and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
