Ingredients
  • 500 gram Okra
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 stalk Green Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
Instructions
  1. Wash and trim the okra. Cut them into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute until fragrant.
  3. Add okra to the pan and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes. Stir fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  6. Serve hot with rice or naan.
