Ingredients
  • 2 cup Kale
  • 2 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add kale and broccoli florets, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.
  4. Add soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
