  • 300 gram French Beans
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and trim the French beans.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add French beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another minute.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
