Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chinese cabbage
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it starts to wilt.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and sugar.
  6. Pour the sauce over the cabbage and continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until the cabbage is cooked but still crisp.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
