Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Okra
  • 2 cup Tomatoes
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add okra, tomatoes, vegetable broth, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
