Ingredients
  • 250 gram Carrots
  • 250 gram Potatoes
  • 250 gram Turnips
  • 150 gram Onions
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 2 piece Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the carrots, potatoes, turnips, onions, and garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the carrots, potatoes, and turnips to the pot, and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Pour in the vegetable broth, and add the thyme, rosemary, bay leaves, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Remove the bay leaves, and let the stew rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
