Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Tomatoes
  • 200 gram Onions
  • 4 piece Green chilies
  • 20 gram Ginger
  • 20 gram Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 20 gram Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  5. Add the potatoes and mix well. Cover and cook until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Add garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
