  • 1 cup Steel-cut oats
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add steel-cut oats and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. In a separate saucepan, combine blueberries, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until the blueberries burst and the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove the oatmeal from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Stir in almond milk.
