Ingredients
  • 20 piece Dumpling wrappers
  • 200 gram Mixed vegetables (carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 4 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed vegetables, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture onto each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges by pressing with your fingers.
  4. Arrange the dumplings in a steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the spicy tomato chutney by blending tomatoes, red chili powder, cilantro, lemon juice, and salt.
  6. Serve the steamed veg dumplings with the spicy tomato chutney.
