Ingredients
  • 450 gram Bean curd (Tofu)
  • 4 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 stalk Green onions
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
Instructions
  1. Cut the bean curd into rectangular pieces.
  2. Steam the bean curd over high heat for 8-10 minutes.
  3. While the bean curd is steaming, prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onions.
  4. Remove the bean curd from the steamer and pour the sauce over it.
  5. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
