Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Seeni Sambol Onion Confit
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually add the coconut milk and knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into buns.
  5. Place the buns on a greased baking sheet and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the buns for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and add the seeni sambol onion confit. Cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
