Ingredients
  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 10 gram Basil leaves
  • 50 gram Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Boil the tomatoes for 2 minutes, then remove the skin.
  2. Crush the tomatoes using a fork or potato masher.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the crushed tomatoes to the pan and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
