Ingredients
  • 500 gram Squash
  • 400 milliliter Coconut Milk
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 piece Chili Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 200 milliliter Water
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
Instructions
  1. Heat cooking oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and chili pepper. Saute until aromatic.
  2. Add the squash and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil.
  4. Season with fish sauce and salt. Stir well.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until the squash is tender.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
