  • 500 gram Squash
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 stalk Lemon Grass
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the squash.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the diced squash. Cook until tender.
  3. While the squash is cooking, finely chop the lemon grass.
  4. Drain the cooked squash and transfer it to a blender.
  5. Add the chopped lemon grass, honey, salt, and pepper to the blender.
  6. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  7. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  8. Pour the squash puree into the pan and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
