Ingredients
  • 2 cup Squash
  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger.
  2. Add red curry paste and stir-fry for a minute.
  3. Add squash and green beans, and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, and salt. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
