Ingredients
  • 2 cup Sprouts
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 piece Slider buns
Instructions
  1. Rinse the sprouts and drain well.
  2. Grate the carrot and thinly slice the cucumber, red onion, and avocado.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sprouts, grated carrot, sliced cucumber, red onion, and avocado.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
  6. Let the salad rest for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Toast the slider buns if desired.
  8. Place a generous amount of sprout salad on each slider bun.
