Ingredients
  • 8 piece Spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 2 stalk Green onions
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, mushrooms, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Take a spring roll wrapper and place it on a clean surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the vegetable mixture onto the bottom third of the wrapper.
  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the spring rolls until they are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the spring rolls from the pan and drain them on a paper towel-lined plate.
  6. Serve the spring rolls hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
