Ingredients
  • 2 piece Cucumbers
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 4 piece Radishes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1/2 cup White vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Slice the cucumbers, carrots, radishes, and red onion thinly.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine white vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.
  3. Place the sliced vegetables in a large bowl and pour the hot vinegar mixture over them.
  4. Let the vegetables marinate in the pickling liquid for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill and parsley before serving.
