  • 8 ounce Bamboo Shoot
  • 2 cup Spring Cabbage
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1 cup Snow Peas
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 6 ounce Firm Tofu
  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1 cup Water Chestnuts
  • 1 cup Wood Ear Mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add bamboo shoots, spring cabbage, carrot, snow peas, mushrooms, tofu, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, and wood ear mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
