  • 200 gram Cherry Tomatoes
  • 100 gram Mixed Greens
  • 50 gram Red Onion
  • 100 gram Feta Cheese
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Boil the asparagus for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and rinse with cold water.
