Ingredients
  • 500 gram Spinach
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 medium-sized Tomato
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 piece Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  4. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add spinach and water. Cook until spinach wilts.
  6. Serve hot with rice or roti.
