Ingredients
  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper
  • 1 unit Red Onion
  • 1 unit Cucumber
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 3 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the spinach leaves.
  2. Chop the bell pepper, red onion, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together curry powder, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  4. In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach leaves, chopped vegetables, and dressing.
  5. Toss well to coat all the ingredients with the dressing.
