  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 2 medium Cucumber
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 150 gram Feta Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Black Olives
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the spinach leaves. Trim off any long stems.
  2. Peel and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
  3. Thinly slice the red onion.
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
