Ingredients
  • 250 gram Spinach
  • 400 gram Chickpeas
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  2. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Stir well.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  4. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Add drained chickpeas and mix well.
  6. Add garam masala and salt. Stir to combine.
  7. Pour water and simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Let the curry rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
