  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 2 unit Avocado
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the spinach leaves.
  2. Cut the avocado into small cubes.
  3. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  4. Finely chop the red onion.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
