Ingredients
  • 250 gram Pasta
  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 150 gram Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well with the spinach and tomatoes.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in the mashed avocado mixture.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
