Ingredients
  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 200 gram Soft Tofu
  • 100 gram Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 50 gram Green Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 24 pieces Wonton Wrappers
Instructions
  1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain and chop finely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled tofu, diced shiitake mushrooms, finely chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. Mix well.
  3. Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the spinach-tofu mixture in the center. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold it in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
  4. Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Steam the dumplings for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a little oil and pan-fry the steamed dumplings until they turn golden brown on one side.
  7. Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
