  • 8 ounce Tofu
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into small pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add spinach and kale, cook until wilted.
