Ingredients
  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 2 piece Avocado
  • 150 gram Cherry Tomatoes
  • 50 gram Red Onion
  • 100 gram Feta Cheese
  • 30 gram Pine Nuts
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the spinach leaves.
  2. Cut the avocado into small cubes.
  3. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  4. Finely chop the red onion.
  5. Crumble the feta cheese.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and pine nuts.
  7. Squeeze the lemon juice over the salad.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper.
  10. Toss well to combine.
  11. Serve immediately.
