Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Noodles
  • 3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 cup Green onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add red and green bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and add the cooked noodles to the other side.
  6. Pour soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil over the noodles. Toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Stir in green onions, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
