Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Tofu
  • 2 stalk Lemongrass
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 2 piece Red chili
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 stalk Green onions
  • 4 sprig Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.
  2. Finely chop the lemongrass, garlic, and red chili.
  3. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add the tofu. Cook until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.
  6. In the same pan, add lemongrass, garlic, and red chili. Stir-fry for a minute.
  7. Add the tofu back to the pan and pour the sauce mixture over it. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.
  9. Serve hot with steamed rice.
