Ingredients
  • 500 gram Mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoon Red curry paste
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and ginger. Cook for a minute.
  2. Add red curry paste and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
