  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 2 medium Jalapeno peppers
  • 1 juice of Lime
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, black beans, corn kernels, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cumin powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
