Ingredients
  • 500 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 100 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Boil the sweet potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, all-purpose flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to form a dough.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into round puffs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the sweet potato puffs until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
