  • 500 gram Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 piece Orange
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, orange zest, orange juice, honey, olive oil, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and caramelized, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
