Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 can Canned Crushed Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion. Cook until onion becomes translucent.
  2. Add diced red bell pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the canned crushed tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir well to combine.
  4. Add dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and sugar. Stir again.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve the spicy red pasta sauce over your favorite cooked pasta.
