Ingredients
  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Chili sauce
  • 1 cup Vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Sprinkle cornstarch over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange the coated potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together chili sauce, vegan mayonnaise, lime juice, and cilantro to make the chili dip.
