Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Pita bread
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 small Jalapeno pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the pita bread into small triangles.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Brush the pita triangles with the spice mixture.
  5. Place the pita triangles on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
  6. In the meantime, prepare the salsa fresca by chopping tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeno pepper.
  7. Mix the chopped ingredients with lime juice.
  8. Once the pita chips are ready, let them cool for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve the spicy pita crisps with salsa fresca.
