Ingredients
  • 1 head Napa cabbage
  • 4 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 stalks Green onions
  • 4 tablespoon Roasted peanuts
  • 4 wedge Lime
Instructions
  1. Shred the napa cabbage and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the napa cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes, until slightly wilted.
  5. Push the cabbage to one side of the skillet and pour the peanut butter sauce into the other side.
  6. Stir the sauce until heated through, then mix it with the cabbage.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and roasted peanuts.
  9. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
